How long does a custom exhaust take to build?

It completely depends on the system you're after. Backbox deletes and smaller jobs can be done within half a day. Larger projects such as full systems may take 2 days. We always give you an accurate time estimate before we start.
What materials do you use?

All DS Autoworx systems are built from T316 marine-grade stainless steel with fully TIG-welded joints for maximum strength, durability, and resistance to corrosion.
Do your custom exhausts come with a warranty?

All stainless-steel systems come with a lifetime anti-corrosion warranty, plus workmanship is guaranteed. If you ever have an issue, just bring it back in - we’ll sort it.
Will a custom exhaust improve performance?

Yes - reducing restrictions in the exhaust can improve throttle response, turbo spool, and overall drivability. Gains vary depending on your engine and setup.
Can you build a system to pass MOT noise requirements?

Yes. If you want something OEM+ and road-friendly, we can build a quieter, resonated setup that stays within MOT guidelines.
